Classic Blackjack Strategy

As with any other strategy, as for any game, The Basic Strategy in Blackjack must be used sternly if opted for. If it is trailed in such a way, you may just end up having an edge over the dealer. The trick to any strategy is to keep to it. It is a definite truism that the main constituent to lose players a considerable amount of money is emotion. If you have decided to utilize a specific strategy, you need to keep playing with it over a long period of time before you are able to notice any worthwhile results. This particular chart has been derived mathematically to give you the best possible odds when playing the game. Please take into consideration that the strategy chart will not guarantee your win, but will definitely reduce the risk of major tilts, as it were in poker terms. Also remember that Microgaming's Classic Blackjack rendition does not offer the surrender option - this has been indicated in the chart as well. You can also split any paired card and double down on totals of 9, 10 or 11, which annuls double down bets on any other total depicted in the chart. With Classic Blackjack the dealer will always stand on any 17, meaning that he will not be allowed to draw more cards if at both hard and soft 17 scores.

Remember that if you decide to double down, you will only receive one card from the dealer. This rule is a gamble within itself, but if you follow the chart, you should come out on top more frequently.
